What: A Dance Class for Every Body, Every Beginning & Every Becoming

You don't have to be a dancer to dance.

There She Moves is a welcoming dance experience for beginners, lifelong dancers, and everyone in between. Whether you danced as a child and stopped, have always wanted to dance but never felt like you could, or simply want to try something new...

There is a place for you here.

This isn't about getting the choreography perfect.

It's about getting back into your body.

Maybe there was a younger version of you who wanted to dance but was told she wasn't good enough, wasn't flexible enough, didn't have the "right" body, or was simply too afraid to be seen.

She can come too.

There She Moves is an invitation to reconnect with that part of yourself through movement, music, play, and expression. A space to release what you've been carrying, explore who you're becoming, and remember that your body is allowed to take up space, make mistakes, and experience joy.

We're creating place to gather.

Come move with us. Come meet people. Come sweat. Come laugh. Come be awkward. Come learn something you've never tried before.

Maybe you reconnect with a part of yourself you thought you'd lost.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each class will blend accessible dance technique, choreography, freestyle exploration, and movement designed to help you connect with your body without the pressure of being "good" at dance.

No dance experience required.

Come exactly as you are.

There She Moves isn't about performing for an audience.

It's about becoming in community.

So bring your younger self. Bring your nervousness. Bring your curiosity. Bring the part of you that has always wanted to dance.
