A graduate of Penn State University, Regilynn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Arts with a minor in Psychology. This unique academic foundation allows her to bridge two worlds that define success in the beauty industry: the art of experience and brand storytelling, and the psychology of client behavior, trust, and purchasing decisions. She has spent her career studying not just skincare—but the human decision-making behind why clients buy, stay loyal, and return.
Her connection to the beauty industry is deeply rooted. Raised in a family-owned salon that is still operating today, Regilynn grew up observing firsthand what makes a business thrive behind the chair: client relationships, consistency, education, and the often-overlooked importance of retail strategy. That early exposure became the foundation for her lifelong commitment to helping beauty professionals turn skill into sustainable income.
At just 23 years old, she opened and operated her own spa, stepping into entrepreneurship early and learning the realities of building, managing, and scaling a beauty business from the ground up. Her work in the industry has since expanded across education, consulting, and stage presentations—where she has supported and trained over 3,000 estheticians and salon professionals through skincare shows, professional workshops, and industry events.
Regilynn’s impact has been further shaped through competitive excellence in the skincare space, including recognition within international industry platforms such as The Skin Games, Skin Inc.'s Main Stage & more
Through her consulting and education work, she has helped salons and estheticians build stronger retail programs, increase service retention, and develop new revenue streams through intentional product education and client experience design.
Today, through There She Glows, Regilynn partners with beauty professionals to bridge the gap between clinical skill and business strategy—helping them not only deliver exceptional skin results, but also build profitable, sustainable skincare brands within their own businesses.
